ALL ABOUT TODAY! 8 Maart


I am craving chocolate like crazy!  Trying to stay strong and making the decision to stick to my program. As hard as it is I'm seeing results on the scale and want to stick to it. YOOO HOO!

I went on a breakfast outing for WOMANS DAY with the mothers from my sons school. We went to a village to an outdoor restaurant. They bake their own bread there and the jams looked absolutely amazing. For the first time in my life I heard about eggplant jam. AMAZING!

It was quite hard to find something to eat at the breakfast. I had two eggs and cheese at home knowing that there might not be anything to eat on the outing. The bread was very tempting with all the special spreads. Drinking the Turkish tea and keeping myself busy with it saved me from eating what I should not ;)

It is getting easier and easier to stay within the limits with my fat, protein and carbs.
It is really encouraging to see that sticking to boundaries within Low Carb eating have definite weight loss results. I'm sold!
