I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 4 March
One thing that is kicking in making eating Low Carb a Lifestyle is how complicated it can be. My motto is to keep it simple and it is all but simple lately loosing that last 3kg....
I took my husband's Ipad this morning and joined the FatSecret App! It is out of desperation. I'm so tiered of picking up and loosing the same few hundred grams the last few weeks. Will clock in tonight and see how I did today with my fats, carbs and proteins. Might do it for a week to get the feeling of how much I can eat and loose weight.
BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs with 2T of blue cheese and one cup of chopped cucumbers. Coffee and cream.
Another 1 mug of coffee and cream. This is me scaling down on coffee. I want to cut back to two mugs of coffee in the morning and then one more in the afternoon.
LUNCH was a bowl of cauliflower cheese soup and a big bowl of sliced lettuce dressed with olive oil and lemon.
Had another mug of coffee and an event. Without the cream ;)
Came home late afternoon running, making supper for my family and then of again. I had half an eggplant boat leftover from supper last night while I was cooking to pull me through to supper.
SUPPER was a quarter of a small chicken breast baked in soy sauce and yogurt with broccoli and mayonnaise.

43.86 carbs
67.88 prot
1323 cals.
This looks good!!!!!!! I think for real good weight loss I need to come down with my carbs to atleast 30.
