Going strong. I made myself a bun in the mug for breakfast this morning. Was so good I ate like a queen. I'm still trying to stay within my food limits on Fatsecret and it is getting easier and easier. I hope it will be that easy to drop the kilograms too ;)
Here is my food log for the day:) I planned on cauliflower rice originally for supper with chicken but then I misjudged myself with having a cauliflower. There was none in the fridge! I had to switch to eggplant.
