I was 73.6 on the scale this morning. Now to loose the 600g this week and then go from there.
HERE IS MY FOOD LOG FOR THE DAY:
On second thought I wish I didn't eat the half cup of nuts. It all started with a few in my hand and then I ate a bit more and more...... at the end it was half a cup of nuts.

I had to cut back quite a bit on my original plan for supper. I had grated cheese and tomatoes that I was planning on adding to my Taco Salad. But yes the half a cup of nuts ate all my carbs and protein ;) This will teach me a good lesson.
