Was a good day "fooding" and eating Low Carb.
BREAKFAST was 2 fried eggs with a sprinkle of feta cheese. Coffee and cream. Had another mug with cream later in the morning.
LUNCH was a salad of tomato and cucumber cubes with left over taco meat. I rounded it off with a bit of mayonnaise.
Right after lunch I made myself a BP coffee with coconut oil. I was really surprise on how it kept me full and wow what an energy boost I had. I also had a quarter cup of mixed nuts for a snack.
SUPPER was a small chicken fillet fried in butter served on top of a bed of lettuce.
Having some apple cinnamon tea for a treat.
