Delighted it is Friday! I'm so ready for the weekend. Just breaking from the usual schedule of every day.
I am doing well with the new way of logging my foods in the morning and then sticking to it through the day. I am also trying to just keep it simple with my food choices over the next few days to see if I can drop a few kilograms. My menu is not so exciting but it is keeping my tummy full.
