Doing good here! Holding on and out!
BREAKFAST as usual! Had two fried eggs with tomato, cucumber and blue cheese. Coffee and cream.
LUNCH I made a salad with smoked salmon strips and lettuce and olive oil.
Was cleaning the house midd afternoon and had a coconut coffee that gave me loads of energy and kept me full until supper.
SUPPER was the real treat! Had cauliflower rice with chicken and fried mushrooms on top. Had a tiny bit of mayonnaise.
