Here is my very HUNK husband and I playing some tennis - very unusual but it was such fun!
BREAKFAST was one and a half cups cauliflower rice with half a tin of tuna, one egg and a bit of blue cheese. We were going on a picnic as a family and I knew I had to get a good breakfast in. I also had coffee and cream. Just before we left late morning I had a T of peanut butter as a snack.
LUNCH was at the picnic. I wrapped turkey cold meat slices, cheese, tomato, mayonnaise in lettuce leafs.
SUPPER was on the run! We came home late and I had to go out to an event this evening where I knew carbs were going to be in the greatest forms of cake, pie etc. I basically stood ready to leave eating half a chicken breast with a bit of mayonnaise. Coming home I decided not to eat anything more.
It is always on photos where I am shocked at how different I look from what I thought I look. I think you know what I'm talking about......... Maybe it is good for me to have some UNPOSED photos taken from time to time to help me keep going ;)
