My photo for March! I do not see big changes on the scale but I see changes the way my clothes fit. This is not the best photo but it gets to the point! ;) I did not see much weight loss this month but I still want to loose 3kg! It feels like an eternity getting to my goal of 20kg lost!
My challenge now is to keep going and not settle here. I know if I give up now it could be easier to let go and then I will pick up all that I have lost.
Sundays are always difficult to eat enough. Oh I can eat enough of other things at church that could be cake, cookies and pastries.... but eating the right food I mean. We leave for church late morning and only gets back late afternoon after a trip to the supermarket.
BREAKFAST was 3 boiled eggs, cucumber, tomato and mayonnaise. Coffee and cream.
We got home at 5 and LUNCH/SUPPER was a good helping of roasted chicken strips with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and mayonnaise. I was starving!
