EUREKA!!!!!! I think I have found the secret to LOW CARB LIVING and loosing those hard kilograms!!!!!!! This is my second day using the Fatsecret App. I found it online and am using it on my computer now YAY! Do not need to stand in line to get a turn on the I pad. I go in in the morning and file my meals for the day and then figure out how I can get my fats at about 100, my carbs 20 and my protein about 70-80. It takes a bit of planning and shuffling my food around. This is a mayor eye opener for me! According to science and research this formula guarantee a breakthrough in any weight loss struggle. Lets see on Monday!
BREAKFAST this morning was 2 eggs fried in olive oil topped with 1T grated cheese huddled in a nest of 1 cup of spinach. Two mugs of coffee and cream.
Had a t of peanut butter that chased my carb count sky high! Bye bye peanut butter not having you soon again.......
LUNCH was half a tin of tuna on 2 cups of lettuce topped of with olive oil, mayonnaise salt and pepper.
I had another cup of coffee with a t of cream, and a cube of cheese for a snack.
SUPPER will be chicken strips on 2 cups of stir fried cabbage and a side salad of a cup of cubed cucumber with a bit of lemon and green onion.
I was always thinking that I was not eating enough..... wow and in the mean time I was eating too much carbs and protein to loose weight. I am really hoping that the breakthru with the last 3kg will come soon. With this app. there is no room for mindless eating.... ;)
My deep heart desire is not to get bugged down in the science of weight loss. I was really hoping that I was not having to come to a place where I am counting everything I eat. The last 17kg did not come off easily either but the last 2 months have been really hard with coming down a kilogram and then picking it up again etc. Like playing in the park on the seesaw ;) Going up and down and not getting anywhere ;)
