I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 1 November
BREAKFAST was a Turkish breakfast this morning eggs, tomato, feta and cucumber slices. I had coffee and cream on the side.
Coffee and cream midd morning with one of those coconut oil chocs.
LUNCH was a baked chicken fillet with zucchini, mushrooms, sprinkle of parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
Was out this afternoon and so tempted around every corner with chocolate and cheesecake. I stood firm had a water and came home to enjoy another small coffee with cream and a coconut oil choc.
SUPPER was a bun in a mug pizza with toppings of pizza sauce, mushrooms, half an avo sliced, cheese and left over ground mexican spiced chicken from last nights meal. It was so yum! I did not even drool over my family's pizza.
