I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 25 November
Want to eat the whole house today! The cooler weather is for sure working on working an appetite for me. I'm holding on for dear life to the 500g I have lost last week. Normally after a loss I go picking up some and loosing it and so on....... I WANT TO LOOSE MORE SOOOOOOOOOON! ;D
We were invited to a THANKSGIVING party on Thursday but it got cancelled as my friend's kids have "mouth and foot" disease. I to be honest was looking forward to the great Turkey but I was nervous about all the other food there too. I just love pumpkin pie with lost of cream!
This time of year it is hard for me not to just eat for the sake because it is "this time of year". I need to keep my mind together telling myself: "NOW STAY CLEAR.... THINK BEFORE YOU EAT!!!!!" ;D It is easy just to eat because it is Thanksgiving or almost Christmas. I have not been on a Low Carb Lifestyle for Thanksgiving and Christmas yet. Hoping to enjoy some treats but not go overboard and just fall for everything coming my way...... and then later 5kg heavier come to my senses. To keep a balance........
BREAKFAST was cucumber and tomato salad with lots of black pepper and feta cheese. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had about half a cup of chicken strips with 1T of coconut oil. Coffee and cream.
LUNCH was turkey cold meats wrapped up in lettuce leafs with mayonnaise and a few strips of cheese.
Had another coffee top with cream midd afternoon with 2 cubes of dark chocolate.
SUPPER was about 7 mini chicken drum sticks with broccoli.
