I have not been eating to much but it seems like the stomach flu is on its way out but still 2 others in our family has it.....
I know it might sound strange but having a "stomach bug" as an appetite suppressant has given me some time to reflect and think about what Low Carb is and what I should and want to eat.
I probably should not ride the wave now that I have lost 200g more.... but hey 200g is 200g down!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
BREAKFAST this morning was a treat from my daughter 2 eggs with a sprinkle of cheese, tomato, cucumber, coffee and cream.
Had a coconut oil choc late morning with another cup of coffee and cream.
LUNCH was a few slices of turkey meat spread with cream cheese and rolled up.
Midd afternoon I had a cup of stir fried cabbage with bacon bit sprinkles.
SUPPER was a tuna salad with mayonnaise cucumber, feta, tomato, cucumber and lots of lettuce.
With me laying low I had some more time this afternoon to work on the Low Carb Recipe blog. I have added quite a few recipes:
