Hmmmm I have been eating too much of the good stuff..... I'm working on how to help myself not to pig out on all the good food around. Even though it is low carb it does cause weight gain. I have been splurting out trying a few new recipes but then I taste too much and want to eat my supper too :D
Was thinking especially at supper times to limit myself to protein the size of my hand. I do not want to get into a frenzy weighing everything.... I prefer just keeping myself from pigging out. Even though I have been on low carb for almost a year now I still struggle with portion control.....
On a different subject: I think I have the stomach bug my family have been struggling with the last week. I was hoping it would skip me.... the good thing is that I have no appetite which off course is a good thing for me :D
BREAKFAST was two eggs with tomato, cucumber and coffee
Had my two coconut oil chocs midd morning.
I felt so sick by lunch time I skipped having food.
SUPPER was midd afternoon and was the bun in a mug with left over chicken stroganoff from last night draped over.
I didn't eat too much and hoping to get through the night ok.
OK NOW GOOD NEWS!!!!!!
