I was jumping up and down this morning..... down the 700g I picked up over the weekend and two more. Now all together down 12.6kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After the plateau in weight loss the last while it was so good to see a good move on the scale again. Gives me new hope and energy to keep going.
Found out that the soya mince had 6g of carbs per cup of meat. Outrageous! Also I am cutting back on tomato, cheese, cream in my coffee :( and I'm trying to eat earlier in the evening. Hoping to reach 13kg down by this weekend.
BREAKFAST this morning was 2 eggs with a cup of sliced cucumber with coffee and a dot of cream.
Had a T of peanut butter midd morning.
LUNCH was the bun in a mug with cold meat, tomato, cucumber, cheese and mayo.
SUPPER was a tin of tuna stirred into a stir fry vegetable medley of broccoli, baby marrows, mushrooms and pepper.
Had quarter cup of coke zero.
It is quite dark out in the mornings at 6h30 when I usually went out for my exercise. I'm a bit concerned to go out in the dark and no one there. In the evenings I'm normally so tiered.... working on finding a good time to do my exercise. Maybe it is a good time to work on some aerobic dvd's or online dvds on exercise.
Exercise is difficult for me with 3 young kids and Toerien either out of town or leaving very early in the morning. If you find fun exercise to do at home, please share. Monique
ReplyDeleteI understand Monique, I have the same problem with Etienne here and home schooling on a strict schedule with it being dark soon in the evenings and mornings..... I have done previous exercise online. Will have to look for it again. When I find it I will let you know. x x
