Wow what a day..... just got home!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with cheese, coffee and cream.
LUNCH was the "bun in a mug" made into a chicken burger. I had fried ground chicken with fried red pepper strips and zucchini strips with cucumber and tomato chunks. Was such a treat.
Had 2 pieces of dark chocolate for dessert.
SUPPER was a bit of a problem. I attended a book club event where supper was served by the host. The only dish was potato cheese soup with bread. Before I left home I had a small tin of sardines to pull me over as I was not sure what will be for supper. Good I had that. I could not not eat something...... So I had a few T of the soup trying not to eat the potato chunks. Oh not hoping this will keep me from loosing this week :C
