I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 20 September
Weighed in today had lost 1.1kg in the week of strict Induction! I'm rejoicing! 13.8kg down all together. 7.2kg still to go! I have hope. Hoping by middle October to be 70kg.
BREAKFAST was a 2 egg omelette with cheese - tomato and cucumber. Had coffee and cream.... couldn't go without that :)
LUNCH was the "bun in the mug" with tuna, mayo and salad. I didn't miss much on INduction but I did miss having the "bun in a mug" in some form. So for lunch was my time to dig in and enjoy it. Oh and did I enjoy!
Had my 1T of coconut oil midd afternoon for a snack with coffee and cream and a few strips of left over chicken. I felt like some chocolate and had 2 cubes of dark chocolate as it is Friday! Weekend is here! ;)
SUPPER was a Greek salad with olives and feta cheese... didn't have much of an appetite tonight.
