I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY:
Life fully started with the local school that also opened today. Wow what a speed we run. I feel that I barely get a change to think about something to eat ;)
I was nothing more down on the scale this morning. I think the cocktail hot dogs had filler in them. Forgot about the carbs that they normally add to these process food.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with feta served over a bed of left over salad from last night. Had coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had my 1T of coconut oil with another coffee with cream.
LUNCH was a bit of everything left over baby marrow and tuna patties with mayo and cheese with 6 cocktail meatballs with cucumber rounds.
Midd afternoon I had 2T of the no sugar ice tea jelly. Was such a treat!
SUPPER was Korean food. I made cauliflower rice with garlic and butter. I made the Korean kimbab rolls with seaweed, egg strips, turkey ham strips and cucumber sticks dipped in mayonnaise. Yum!
