Was 200g down on the scale more this morning! After the potato soup event last night I was fearing for the worst....... so happy when I saw a down. Hope it is not catching up with me tomorrow morning :)
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with cheese, coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had my T coconut oil.
LUNCH was tuna salad with, tomato, cucumber, gherkins, a sprinkle of cheese and mayo.
Midd afternoon I had a few strips of left over chicken, coffee and cream.
SUPPER was a surprise meal from my daughter. It was baby mushrooms filled with chicken cocktail meatballs, topped with tomato sauce and cheese then baked in the oven. It was so good! I ate it folded in lettuce leafs.
Was a good low carb day! I keep thinking that I should drink more water....
