I'm running around like a crazy chicken today trying to do home schooling, reviewing with the kids about the weeks school work, cleaning the necessaties around the house AND PACKING! Yeh me and hubby are going on a weekend retreat for couples! In the fourteen years that we have had children we have never gone away even for a night out. So mam here is getting everything set up for the kids and our friends coming to stay here for two nights.
Normally when we go to retreats the food is amazing buffets. Usually I would just pig out and enjoy all the great foods and desserts.... would think about dieting another day when I'm home again.
I have been pondering what I will do this weekend. I do not want to give up my goal to weigh 70kg by middle October and then pick up 2kg over a weekend..... Having to loose it 100g at a time! I decided to stay with Low Carbing and enjoy the food within limits.... as hard as it might be.... Atleast I can enjoy good coffee with a dash of cream next to the swimming pool.....
It was good news on the scale this morning. Often when I suddenly loose allot of weight over night I see a slight gain the next day. Not this time was the same weight as yesterday morning. We will be leaving at 5h30 tomorrow morning. I am hoping to reach my 13kg down mark tomorrow! Wonder if I could drop 600g in one day???? I'm giving it a good go!
BREAKFAST was two eggs, cheese and coffee with cream.
Had a teaspoon of peanut butter for a snack.
LUNCH was a chicken fillet with mayo and 2 cubes of dark chocolate for dessert.
SUPPER was salad with spicy sausage as I have not had any vegetables yet today.
Will not post tomorrow and over the weekend will come and post on Monday evening again. Hope you are standing strong keeping on and going forward.... It is never easy but so worth it!
