Well I had my hand in the ice cream jar today and not the cookie jar ;)
BREAKFAST was a two egg omelette with feta cheese and cucumber circles on the side with coffee and cream.
LUNCH was a big treat. I took the kids out on a date today. Mama bear had a chicken salad with lots of lettuce and great chicken. Was crumbed chicken hoping that it will not give me too much of a up kick on the scale. Then the kids had ice cream and my son could not finish his.............. SO GUESS WHO FINISHED IT FOR HIM!!!!!! Ai jai jai jai jai..... My treat for the month! After a few hours it felt like was hit by a truck energy wise....
SUPPER was a tomato, cucumber, pepper and sardine salad with mayo at home.
Drinking lots of water to wash all the ice cream away :) Had a great day with the kids though.
Weighing my goals for the next few weeks. The last week was a very slow week in weight loss. I want to weigh 70kg by middle October. I have about 2 weeks. Weighing it as a kilogram a week. Giving it a good kick this week again.
