If stress cause weight gain then I'm on my way to being a hippo :) Between home schooling again and the new puppy I'm for sure not stress free. Its not that bad ;) but I forgot how much running around and brain twisting life could be.
It dawned on me that I added soya ground meat half half to the beef ground meat. I read today that the carbs in soya is not that low. I also cut back today on the cream that I drink in my coffee, cheese and tomato. Somewhere something is creeping in too many carbs!
BREAKFAST was a two egg omelette with a sprinkle of cheese.
Late morning I was starving so I had my LUNCH: I had a tin of tuna on mock potato salad with mayo and cucumber slices.
I made some peanut butter for my family and had a T of that midd afternoon for a snack.
SUPPER was a chicken fillet with stir fried vegetables - broccoli, pepper, baby marrows and mushroom with garlic.
I had a small glass of Coke zero (it was a ruff day :D)
