I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 19 September
I was down on the scale this morning! Yay will weigh in tomorrow morning for the week. Started induction last Friday and then had a loop with the artificial sweetener but hoping to be down at least a kilogram for the week. Whoop whoop!
BREAKFAST was simple with two eggs, cheese, coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had 1T coconut oil.
LUNCH was a chicken fillet with this awesome dip. My Turkish neighbor made it with roasted eggplant, roasted red and green peppers, garlic and olive oil. She made like a thick dip. Oh my it was the best thing with chicken. I had some tomato and cucumber on the side.
Had some more coffee with cream midd afternoon.
SUPPER was roasted chicken with rocket leafs, lettuce, cucumber and mayonnaise.
The weather turned very hot again so no problem getting my water in.
