Yes probably I have been TRYING to do induction for the last 9 months! :) Getting to the point again where I went reading the chapter in the Atkins book about Induction, making notes about what is available where we live. How sad no BACON! Anyway I have allot I still can chomp on and enjoy LOOSING THOSE KILOGRAMS.
I decided to do a week of strict Induction to give my metabolism another good kick hoping to loose more weight and break out with new hope to loose the 10kg ahead.
Today was day 1:
BREAKFAST was a two egg omelet on a bed of a green salad left over from supper last night.
I had great coffee with cream had a few mugs today.
I decided to take a T of coconut oil daily to spark my metabolism, burn fat and just help with overall health.
LUNCH was a tin of tuna with tomato, cucumber and lots of lettuce with a touch of mayo.
SUPPER was a chicken filet stir fried with broccoli topped off with cheese.
