Being on a diet trying to loose weight often feels like SITTING ON A CACTUS SMILING :)
Yesterday was one of those days when I was constantly hungry..... today felt better my hunger was more at bay.
BREAKFAST was two eggs with cheese and two pieces of sausage, half of the "bun in a mug" left over from supper last night. Coffee and cream.
LUNCH was tuna salad with lemon, cucumber, cheese and tomato.
Midd afternoon I had my T of coconut oil and another coffee with cream. Had about 6 cocktail meatballs for an extra bit of protein.
SUPPER was chicken and broccoli stir fry with 2T of pumpkin baked in the oven with mushroom and olive oil.Only had 2T of pumkin coming to 5 net carbs. Was hard to stop there as I felt like pumpkin for a long time...
Weather is cooler so I'm not drinking as much water as I should.
I decided to weigh only on Fridays and Mondays. Giving it all this week! x x x
