The biggest thing for me today was the realization on how artificial sweetener can mess with my appetite and weight loss. I was hoping that the jello could be a treat from time to time. I took a few bites a few days in a row. Suddenly my weight was starting to climb and I could not understand why. I was eating all the right food...... then it dawned on me! Well, I threw it away and I was not ready for what was to come. I went through two days where my appetite was driving, I was constantly hungry with being just so tiered and craving sugar. I thought I was getting the flu. I didn't know these cravings since starting Low Carb.
Today I feel much better and I was coming down on the scale again this morning. Wow just seeing how I'm not even hungry today or craving anything makes me realize how some people can be driven to overeat because of these artificial sweetener.
BREAKFAST this morning was 2 eggs on a bed of cucumber, tomato and pickled cucumbers. I had coffee and cream on the side.
LUNCH was chicken soup with broccoli.
I had a T of coconut oil midd afternoon and a slice of cheese melted in the microwave.
SUPPER was tuna salad with mayo wrapped in lettuce leafs.
I had another 2 cups of coffee with cream to get Mama bear through the school today :D
I wish I can say I have been getting up early in the morning to exercise or even in the evening...... I have been walking to school back and forth and down to the basketball court for break times. All together about 2km! I am going to get my head together again to get EXERCISING!
