I'm all geared up to start Induction from the Atkins Diet tomorrow for a week. I think it will give me a good kick and help me to loose some more weight.
BREAKFAST: was two boiled eggs, mayo on a BUN IN A MUG muffin with butter. Was very yum for a change.
LUNCH: was a chicken fillet with mayo and a green salad.
SNACK: I made cucumber boats stuffed with tuna and mayo mid afternoon and then at
SUPPER: I was not too hungry. I had a big salad with lettuce, rocket, cucumber, tomato and sprinkle of feta cheese. I made steamed broccoli but just did not have place for it.
