Nothing more down this week.... Was not a lot of weight down for this week...... weight loss is not always logical but I know PERSEVERANCE brings results eventually. Making a choice not to be discouraged today..... CHOOSING to go forward and eat what I know is right.
I could up my water intake.... I have been slacking on this and I know this always help with weight loss. I also think the cheap cocktail meat balls that I bought at the store had more carbs in than what I thought it had.
Will weight in on Monday again and hoping to be down!!!!!!!!!!!!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with cheese, coffee and cream.
Had my T of coconut oil. I had about 3 cups of coffee between breakfast and lunch. WAY TOO MUCH!
LUNCH was fish soup. A gift from a dear friend. I scooped out the carrots and potato. My daughter made these cucumber circles with feta and ghurkins as a salad extra for me. Was really nice with the fish soup.
Had 2 cubes of dark chocolate as a treat.
ALMOST SUPPER I just had to have something I was starving .... the soup just didn't do it for me. I had a chicken fillet in the microwave with mayo.
SUPPER with my family was oven baked mushrooms with cucumbers and tomato..... not that they ate this ;) I was almost sinking my teeth into their chicken ala king with rice. Oh well LOW CARBING in the real life :D
Looking forward to the weekend filled with events. HAPPY EATING!
