I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 22 September
Sunday's are always a great day! Didn't weight this morning will weigh in tomorrow morning being MONDAY!
BREAKFAST was the famous "bun in a mug" with 2 eggs friend with cheese. Coffee and cream on the side.
LUNCH was a slice of the "bun in a mug" left over from breakfast with mayo, turkey cold meat, tomato, pepper and cucumber.
Had my T coconut oil midd afternoon for a snack with coffee and cream.
SUPPER was a chicken fillet and a few cocktail meatballs with oven baked zucchini circles, broccoli and pepper. I definitely can't say I'm suffering??????? Having a foodlicious ball.
