ANOTHER 300g down this morning!!!!! I'm rolling I'm rolling! So grateful for every gram, especially after a few plateaus.
BREAKFAST was a blessing from my dear daughter 2 egg omelette with a bit of feta, cucumber slices and olives on the side with coffee and cream.
We left our home at 11 this morning to get on the bus to church.
I grabbed 4 cocktail sausasges, took my T of coconut oil as I know we only will be home after 15h00
MIDD AFTERNOON SUPPER was at about 16h00 I made some yummy patties with tuna, grated baby marrows, eggs and fried it up in a pan with butter and ate it with a squirt of lemon and mayo. Could not believe how great it tasted. I had a salad on the side of cucumber cubes, tomato and pickled cucumber slices.
Here is the recipe: BABY MARROW AND TUNA PATTIES
1 tin of tuna drained
4 baby marrows grated to the amount of 2 cups
4 eggs
black pepper
salt to taste
-Drop spoonfuls in a pan with hot butter and fry on both sides.
-Serve with a squirt of lemon and mayonnaise.
Had a great espresso with a good shot of cream for dessert.
I find the days when I eat my supper early in the evening before 5 my weight loss is better on the scale the next morning. Not that I will eat at 4 every day now but I'm definitely going to try to eat before six in the afternoon. Normally in the afternoons at 5 I'm starving.
I was thinking of having some grated cheese wrapped in lettuce leaves for a snack at 18h00 this evening as I ate lunch/supper at 16h00.
