I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 4 January
I just love Saturdays with my family relaxing. We went for a long walk in the forest UNTIL someone fell into the creek :D
I was down on the scale this morning to 72.3! I started off on the first with 73.5 so just a bit more down than a kilogram. Hoping to hit my lowest point of 69 again soon!
BREAKFAST late morning was a 2 egg omelette fried in butter with grated cheese. Coffee and cream.
LUNCH was steamed cauliflower dipped in egg and fried served with ranch dressing. Had a chicken fillet with mayonnaise, with an egg omelette with the little pieces of cauliflower that was left over and too small to fry. Was a really nice lunch.
Had 4 small cubes of 80% dark chocolate coming to 4grams of carbs.
SUPPER will be a mixed salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber lettuce and feta cheese.
So grateful my appetite is decreasing and I'm not wanting to swallow the trash can and all it's content too :D
