I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 12 Janyuary
BREAKFAST was a nice size piece of the broccoli egg quiche. Coffee and cream and half an avocado with salt and pepper.
Midd morning I had some more coffee with cream and 4 pieces of cold meat wrapped around a bit of cream cheese.
LUNCH/SUPPER we ate at about four: I WAS STARVING! I had the cauliflower mock potato salad, chicken, turkish ground meat kebab with a piece of spicy sausage.
I'm still trying to get rid of the flu, as soon as I feel its gone then it starts back up again.... :( .. My appetite comes and go......which is not a bad thing for a girl that loves to eat ;) Hoping that this week I will drop as well as I did last week.
