ALL ABOUT TODAY:

Nothing great on the scale but hoping tomorrow morning to see a change. Knowing that in the weight plato's I learn to persevere and aim for the goal.

I went running/jogging this morning with interval training. Really didn't feel like it but afterwards I felt so good.

Breakfast: was two eggs with cucumber, tomato, cheese and off course coffee and cream.

Lunch: was taco meat leftovers from last night with salsa on top with a sprinkle of grated cheese melted in the microwave.

Snack: was a mug of black coffee and a few frozen grapes.

Supper: I made the Low Carb Chicken soup and had two bowls, it was yummy!
