ALL ABOUT TODAY: 1 October!!!!!!!


Not down to my lowest point again..... but I'm coming down!!!!!!!

BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with a sprinkle of cheese, coffee and cream.

Late morning I had half a avocado with salt and pepper.

LUNCH was the "bun in a mug" topped with cold meat, cheese, tomato, cucumber and mayo. Was a great sandwich.

Mid afternoon I had a T of coconut oil, coffee with cream and a good sprinkle of cinnamon. Later had 5 green olives for an extra snack.

SUPPER was chicken strips fried in butter with stir fried vegetables of broccoli, zucchini and little bit of pumpkin.

Trying all I can too loose what I can..... Trying to stay focused. My husband was on a trip for 2 1/2 weeks and will come back tomorrow morning. I made some lasagne to celebrate at lunch and he is bringing me some donut pans.....Off course not for me to enjoy but to bless others.  Probably will make donuts for dessert then :). I need to make peace that my family will never live low carb and I have to learn to guide myself through their lifestyle and stay focused and hopeful loosing weight.
