I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 22 October
Happy this morning to see that I was all ready 500g down from the 900g I have picked up last week. Hoping to see another good number tomorrow morning.
BREAKFAST was a two egg omelette with feta cheese, coffee and cream.
Had another cup of coffee midd morning.
LUNCH was the bun in a mug with a tin of sardines, mayo and lots of lettuce.
SUPPER was taco stacks. Lots of lettuce leafs chopped, tomato, cucumber, bit of grated cheese, taco spiced ground beef and ranch dressing. Yum!
A dear sweet friend send me 2 pieces of low carb chocolate cake with 3 carbs a piece. Very tempting to eat it all. I had a bite and then stacked the rest in a container in the freezer for Christmas with my sarma grape leaf rolls from my neighbor. I know it is funny but at Christmas I'm going to have a ball. My husband said that by the time Christmas comes along the freezer will be filled with my treats that I saved through the year :D
Was more hungry than usual today..... getting use too eating less again.
