I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 27 October
Got on the scale this morning.... it showed nothing new showed me actually 72kg........I could not believe my eyes....... Was stuck! THEN I changed the digital scale from kilogram to pounds and almost fell on the floor. We converted the pounds back to kilogram and I was past my lowest point of 71.4 where in kilograms I was so high..... NOT SURE WHAT TO THINK! I think we need a new scale thats what I think!
Will weigh tomorrow morning and hoping for the best.
BREAKFAST was a big joke :) I got the bun in a mug ready and then I realized that I boiled all the eggs :) So I had two boiled eggs with some of the left over flaxseed crackers in stead. Coffee and cream.
We only got home late afternoon from church and by then I was starving ready to eat anything. The cream cake, banana cake, monkey bread was such a temptation today at the tea time.
SUPPER was left over cauliflower salad, a few turkey cold meats and cheese on the bun in a mug with a touch of mayonnaise.
