My husband came back from a 2 and a half week trip this morning. So good having him back. But oh his suitcases were packet with treats. I'm so pleased with my parmesan sprinkles, bacon bits and sugar free flavored coffee creamers. I have to keep an eye on the carbs in these treats. Oh and the tiny salami sticks..... oh I almost cant help myself. In the past I would just dig in and enjoy all these great treats. So grateful for what I have learned this far in Low Carbing and in self discipline. It is never easy but I have hope that I can reach my goal.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with half an avo with lots of pepper and salt. Coffee with cream and cinnamon.
Midd morning I had a mini salami stick.
LUNCH was some left over Chicken Satay soup with chicken strips.
We had guests so there was not much time this afternoon to get myself into snacks :)
SUPPER was chicken strips with cream cheese and cucumber circles. My family had lasagna oh I licked the spoon..... had about a 2T of the lasagna sauce.
Was good news on the scale this morning coming down. Not where I was yet but hoping to be there tomorrow morning. There is always good results if a person stick to the basics of low carb. It works!!!!!!
