I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 28 October
Wow what a MONDAY!!!!!!! I was on my lowest point this morning on the digital scale in kilograms. Really hoping that it works for sure and that my weight loss will kick in again. I keep thinking that everybody that have lost weight does say that the last 5kg is the most difficult to loose........ I have to face that that is probably where I'm now.
It is easy now to just say "Oh I'm done I have lost 15kg its good enough!" But no I really want to be at my gaol weight of 65kg!!!!!!!!!! :)
Today I'm constantly hungry. We all get those days when we feel like eating the trash can. Hoping this is not my winter appetite as I'm cold today.
BREAKFAST was two eggs with cheese, coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had some more coffee and cream.
Then half an avo too.
LUNCH was chicken, broccoli cheese soup. It was so yum.
Midd afternoon I was hungry again and had a few slices of cucumber spread with mayo and pepper and salt. I also had a few slices of turkey ham rolled up.
I'm going to a book club tonight and I know the hostess is vegetarian so I'm ready to eat before I go. Not sure what I will get. Last time it was potato soup so I had about nothing to eat.
SUPPER was early for me tonight and it was a chicken fillet with mayo and mustard and roasted vegetables (eggplant, mushrooms and zucchini in the oven).
