I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 11 October
Just got home after an evening out with my family...... I can barely keep my eyes open. It is the biggest holiday season in the Muslim world coming up this week. Oh and the streets, stores and the whole city is filled and buzzing with people like never before. Was not a good time to go look for some winter clothes for the kids.......
BREAKFAST was 2 egg omelette with cheese, cucumber tomato. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning had half an avocado with salt and pepper.
LUNCH was half of the bun in a mug with cold meat and cheese.
Midd afternoon had 2 of those mini salami sticks...... one more left in the packet :)
Coffee and cream with a friend.
SUPPER was eating out at a Fast food place..... I chose to have just a piece of chicken..... Was so tempted but I knew if I eat all the trimmings it will show on the scale.
Just felt so heavy and bloated today LIKE A FEW THUNDER STORMS ALL TOGETHER :D
Will weight on Monday..... so hard to be stuck on a plateau... going to work in the garden tomorrow hoping to burn some FAT!
