YOH! Was down 300g on the scale this morning! Good monday :)
BREAKFAST was two eggs with tomato slices, feta cheese crumbles and coffee with cream.
Weather is cooler and I actually had a few cups of coffee today with cream and cinnamon.
I bought some coconut oil locally and it tastes like soap..... :( Might use it for my skin and try to get some from another seller. But I took a T and hoping not to blow bubbles tonight :)
LUNCH was a nice big bowl of chicken low carb soup. There was a 2T of tuna left from my family's lunch so I had it off course.
Had half an avocado with salt midd afternoon.
SUPPER was taco lettuce wraps. Had left over BBq chicken from yesterday sliced with tomato, cucumber strips, pickled cucumber slices and a sprinkle of cheese. I used the lettuce to wrap the chicken etc. Had some mayonnaise for the sauce.
Was a good day food wise. Was to busy to get into trouble ;)
