ALL ABOUT TODAY: 4 October

The weather has turned cold and my appetite has turned hot! :) Wow it feels like I can eat the trash can and all in it too :) I think I should make myself a nice thick vegetable, cream chicken soup and enjoy it over the weekend.

I have managed to loose the 900g that I have picked up..... on the weekend! Oh the pain and struggle of going out of line with Low Carbing. Some people are just more sensitive to carbs and sugar. I find my system so sensitive. At least I know it and can work with it to loose weight. For years I tried everything to loose weight. The only way that has worked is Low Carb Eating.

The weekend is ahead and I'm going to try all I can to stay in line. Hoping to see a good number down on the scale on Monday!!!!!!!

BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with cheese and bacon bit sprinkles (my hubby picked up in America..... what a treat) with coffee, cinnamon and cream.

Midd morning I had one small avocado with salt and pepper.

LUNCH was the bread in a mug with cold meat, little bit of grated cheese, tomato, cucumber and mayo.

Had two of the salami sticks as a snack..... now they are done! The whole bag!

SUPPER was a chicken fillet with parmesan sprinkles, mushroom on top and mayonnaise. With tomato and cucumber salad on the side.
