ALL ABOUT TODAY: 3 October


My weight is not today where I would have liked it to be..... but at least I'm not picking up weight. Was hoping I could be on my lowest point this morning. Just short..... I'm giving it a good go and probably not drinking enough water thinking about it.












BREAKFAST today was 2 eggs, half an avocado, cucumber slices, coffee and cream.

Midd morning I had a good T of coconut oil.

LUNCH was 3 of the salami sticks.... they are so good. They have 2 net carbs each so I splirted out a bit ") Had a tomato, onion and avo salad with it. (It was a small avo so I thought eating the other half wouldn't be to bad).

Attended an event this afternoon where they served a Swedish stuffed bread that looked absolute amazing. I skipped the bread but had the filling of cream cheese, curry chicken and cucumber.

SUPPER was tuna with stir fried broccoli and cheese sprinkled on top.
