Its middle October..... I'm 1.4kg short of my gaol of weighing 70kg...... I look back and see the 14.6kg I have lost. I think it went well. I was hoping at least to be down 15kg by now. I like round numbers :D
Looking back it was tough and I had many plateaus that are normal with diets and weight loss but a person do not bargain for that. I keep thinking and hoping that I will not be "blessed" by those.
I'm packing and getting ready. Our family will be going on a trip for a week. I am going to take off from writing here on the blog for the week. We will be back next Sunday and then I will come and write about my week and how it went with all the wild food choices ahead.... it is never easy being away from home and eating out.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs with feta cheese, coffee and cream.
Midd morning I had a few bits of beef jerky.... the last from America, and the last bit of the droe wors from South Africa. Sad but a good thing too.
LUNCH was tuna salad with tomato, ghurkins, cucumber, cheese cubes and mayonnaise. I made the "bun in a mug" without the almond meal and it came out so good. Less carbs and more goodness.
Was naughty got into the dark chocolate this afternoon. Not to bad felt like chocolate. :D
SUPPER was spagetti bolognaise for my family. I had the spagetti red sauce on a broccoli cheese bake. Was so good.
Have a great week. May we all loose weight, keep our focus and know that we can do it. Hard work and perseverance in weight loss always brings in good success and great numbers on the scale.
Come on lets set our goals for Christmas!
