Feeling like this cat today! JUST KEEP SWIMMING HONEY YOU WILL GET THERE EVENTUALLY! :D Being on a Low Carb diet has never been easy... will never be easy.... BUT OH THE RESULTS ARE SWEET! I keep thinking how on other diet plans I was suffering and constant hungry and grumpy.
Up on the scale this morning...... "monthlies" don't help me to weight less do they? Well it will pass...... Like a sweet lady on another page said today: "She is so sensitive to carbs one piece of corn could make a carb difference to her system and then it effects her weight...." I think I might be very sensitive to carbs too......
BREAKFAST was a small avocado filled with feta cheese and spiced pepper salt. Coffee and cream.
Midd morning I was ready to eat again.... I had my two eggs with cheese and another coffee with cream.
1 mini salami stick with a piece of beef jerky.
LUNCH came along and I was not hungry then. I had a few pieces of cucumber and a slice of tomato from my family's salad for lunch and a salami stick on my way to the hair dresser by midd afternoon....... I knew it could be a long sit.
SUPPER was hamburgers and chips for my family so I had a hamburger patty on a bed of lettuce, tomato and cucumber with mayonnaise.
All going through my head today...... JUST KEEP GOING.... you have come to far to give up now......
The hardest part for me in loosing weight is the expectancy every day and often then there is no news.....
I will keep chopping at it day by day..... 100g at a time...... x x x
