Had a lovely day at the beach as a family. I logged my food at fat secret for today to help me stay within my boundaries. It also helps me to be confident of my carbs, protein and fats.
It all looks so great but I have to add I had 3 cocktail hotdogs at the beach and a bit of chocolate ;) I find it really hard when we are on holiday and its a great time not to just fall in and eat the treats that I'm so use to when holidaying........ I still need to get that part sorted out.
BREAKFAST - I used the eggs, spinach and feta to make an omelette.
LUNCH - I made a salad with the tuna, lettuce and cherry tomatoes and had it on the beach while my family where enjoying hot dogs.
SUPPER - was a stir fry cabbage and chicken with a bit of green pepper.
