I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: June 3
Did the happy dance this morning was down to 74.6! YES! So happy to see some good results on the scale again. So dreaming of weighing 70kg this summer!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter served on top of some left over salad from last night with a sprinkle of grated cheese to top it off. Coffee and cream.
Had a rough morning home schooling had my coconut oil coffee at nine all ready. I stayed hungry through the morning...... Went picking apricots in our garden and had two for a snack.
LUNCH was 3 cups of lettuce with olive oil, 2T of crumbled smoke cheese, 1 hot dog chopped for a salad.
Had another coffee after lunch and a palm filled with almonds to get me ready for some house cleaning ;)
SUPPER will be Slopppy Joes for my family and I will have the sauce dressed on a bed of mushrooms and eggplant fried in garlic butter sprinkled with cheese and baked in the oven. I can't wait for supper!
