I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 4 June
I was thinking yesterday morning's number on the scale was a surprise being 74.6! This morning I ws back up at 75......... You never know! Hoping to drop that!
Two weeks and school ends for this year! I'm literally pulling myself along daily looking forward to the end of school.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter with a sprinkle of cheese. Coffee and cream.
Was an extreme day with any events today. I had another coffee at nine with a group of ladies visiting.
LUNCH was tuna salad - tomato, cheese, tuna, mayonnaise, lots of black pepper and a thousand island dressing.
I had another cup of coffee with cream just after lunch for my dessert.
By midd afternoon during a meeting here I sneaked out and had another few bites of the salad. I was starving and the cakes, breads etc. on the tables was just working my gut.
We went apricot picking in our garden afterwards and I had 3 apricots - probably not the best thing but I thought a bit of fruit could be a treat.
SUPPER will be a chicken fillet cut into strips fried in a pan with leftover vegetables from last night. A bit of eggplant and mushrooms.
