I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 21 June
What a day! I ended up today traveling with my girls to a Birthday party at the beach 3 hours away with a bus, metro and then a bus again........ Doing it for my girls! We actually had a great day at the beach.
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs AND NO GOOD COFFEE! It happened that our coffee pot gave up his life this morning. Not even after he was done but just not working. It is truly sad. I made a mug of instant coffee with cream but just had a few mouthfulls.
LUNCH was at the beach with dear friends. They served us Turkish pizza with white bean salad and tomato. I ate as little as I coulf not to offend.....but it was truly Turkish goodness. My friend offered me a mug of coffee OH YES!! I just had it black didnt feel like milk in it.
SUPPER was at 8 when we got home. I was starving. I had a big bowl of chicken soup, and a bit more chicken chopped in.... and enjoyed every spoon. Hoping that the soup would work out the pizza. ;)
I didnt get enough water in today but got a great deal of exercise.
