I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. I decided to go by the way of LOW CARB EATING. This blog is about my journey..... the good and the bad.....

ALL ABOUT TODAY: 25 June
I just now went to sit on the veranda with a thick slice of raw cabbage picking it apart and eating it piece by piece. I was sulking and just fatup! Yesterday was such a good day..... today again I'm so hungry and to the limit with what I can eat today......... Anyway I just had to tell someone. At least it was a chunk of cabbage and not chocolate ;) I miss all the things I cant have here like bacon and bacon and bacon........
BREAKFAST was a cup of frozen spinach fried in butter and two eggs scrambled with this. Round it of with a bit of feta cheese. Coffee and cream.
Had another mug midd morning with cream.
Had a cup of cucumber slices midd morning with ranch dressing and bacon sprinkles.
LUNCH was 3 cups lettuce chopped with half a cup spicy sausage cubes. Tomato, cucumber and ghurkins.
Had a slice of cheese midd afternoon. I was so hungry I just took 2T of coconut oil clean and had a multivitamin to help me out. Tomorrow is a new day.
Had then the chunk of cabbage late afternoon ;)
SUPPER will be sardines fried in oil, cucumber and tomato salad and some left over fried mushrooms in tomato sauce from earlier this week. Just have to keep going.
