I have been on a diet journey since my midd twenties, but as I entered my forties the scale climbed me steady up to 89 kilogram and I knew I had to loose weight! After I discovered recently that I was becoming insulin resistant I had a new urgency in my life to loose weight. Not just to loose it but find a lifestyle of loosing it. ALL ABOUT TODAY: 23 JUNE
LOW CARB has no grace! If you fall you fall! My galavanting in the city last week eating a little bit of this and that chocolate is showing on the scale this morning: A WHOPPING 76 kilograms! Yip! This Mama LOW CARB needs to pull herself together. As you have guessed it was another STRICT MONDAY! I want to get back to my lowest point and below. My head is right on today and I'm going NORTH!
BREAKFAST was 2 eggs fried in butter with a cup of cucumber and feta cheese on the side. Coffee and cream.
Had my 2T coconut coffee whipped midd morning. Had another coffee with cream. OOOOHHHHH TO MUCH COFFEE!
I had a bowl of the LOW CARB CHICKEN SOUP midd morning with a sprinkle of cheese.
LUNCH was big lettuce leafs with tomato slices, turkey cold meat and a good helping of mayonnaise. I had five of these.
I had another 1/2 cup of coffee midd afternoon to pull me over.
SUPPER is going to be the Japanese zucchini fried fingers with chicken stir fried with mushrooms and sun dried tomato strips. My family is having this with pasta but I will only stick to the zucchini and chicken.
SUPPER TONIGHT:
Walked the dog 4 km this morning. It felt so good. Trying to get my water in for the day. I liter down and half to go!
